Wyntree developed into a “full service” custom home builder and remodeler, meaning we not only maintain an office reachable during the entire business day, we take care of everything from design and preliminary pricing, to permits and utility extensions, to assisting our clients with cabinetry, and light fixture selections, to delivering a clean “ready to move-in” home as effortlessly for our clients as possible. CONTRACTORS SINCE 1988!

Starting in late 1992 Wyntree began building and remodeling homes for local residents of the Lake Geneva area. This became the start of our name recognition and local referral process. It had been previously known that all of our customers were satisfied, only to tell their friends back in Chicago suburbs, people who most likely would not be building a home in the Lake Geneva area. As our customer base continued to switch to permanent residents we received more of our new customers as referrals from past customers.
